Back in December, my mother~in~lawgave me my first ever amarylis bulb.
The boys literally shriek with delight
over it's developement:
how tall it is,
how the blossoms are opening,
how red they are!
I've enjoyed every minute, too!

BEAUTIFUL! We have a 'Royal Velvet' blooming at the store right now...I am trying to resist taking it home! It's very hard not to take everything home! All of the amaryllis were a little late this year. Not sure why!?
