The bounty and beauty of the season overwhelms me at times
I feel rich, positively rolling in luxury,
on these last stolen days before winter's chill~~
harvesting the last bits and pieces from my garden,
and having roses like these
(Abraham Darby, English roses)
in the bathroom.
and pie for after dinner!

The Abraham Darby is so pretty! I have just loved these extra days of fall weather! I think I need to go make a pie now! :)
