Deeper Still

"If you have shallow sorrows

you will receive shallow graces.

If you have deep afflictions

you will obtain deeper proof

of God's faithfulness."

I love, love reading Spurgeon. I read along side the scriptures in the mornings, The Morning and Evening Devotional. The Lord has given this man such eloquence of speech and writing. I have learned alot of how to look more carefully of just little phrases from reading his writings. He takes so little and makes a complete sermon out of it!! Blessings to your family. I know the hurt is so deep but grace runs full and fresh form His throne and spills over into our jagged, hurting, hearts!
